d1XX db3 meter burn to make it safe on standing block. Does mind boggling amounts of chip damage and builds crazy meter.
Which characters are these?we need to stop talking about standing blocks and staffspin MB , there are only 4 characters out of the roster that can duck staff spin MB , they are the exception to the rule not the standard.
but yes people should remember that staffspin MB on block builds about half a bar of meter on block and leave them at huge frame disadvantage. IMO when in doubt d1 db3 MB lol
