I feel the S tier needs to be toned down slightly, captain cold be buffed slightly, and everyone else shouldnt be touched. Then we would have a very well balanced game.

Not bad. I would be down for SG, CW, and only slight Adam nerfs, but RH is pretty balanced right now. And yes, bring Cold the $#&@# up from the bottom please.

I'm a hood main so take this with a grain of salt lol but I have also played firestorm a bunch. I'd def swap firestorm up to top 5 and hood down to A

Move joker down to meh, sub zero up to really good and I'd say this tier list is pretty lit.

Agree with nearly all placements, though if there has to be a C-tier I think Raiden should be put in the Meh spot as well.

I wasnt too sure about joker, I've seen some players put in some work with him so left him good. But I could certainly see him being meh

He is a great char in this game, both his offense and defense capabilities are very good and you can play him either, plus his pace control capabilities are great, in addition to very good corner game.

I got shivers when I read Dr Fate and Starfire in the same tier. Does that even qualify as an opinion?
