TBH a lot I disagree with here. Not enough tiers. Ur not gonna convince me batman is similar tier to GL and fate.

Batman and superman are still S their, probably BA too. Red hood S tier.

Scarecrow S tier. Um what? Also, braniac and darkseid are good on paper, but still not top tier.

I would have believed this the day the patch notes came out, but after watching tourney play and playing online, I think ur way off.

Edit: Just realized my post seems rude. Did not mean it that way, just seeing very different results in tournament play I've watched. Curious what you are basing this off.

Tournament results aren't always reflective of the tier list. A character can be S tier and never make a top 8. A character can be bottom tier and make several top 8's. There's so many variables to consider.

For instance Captain Cold winning majors, Swamp Thing making an appearance in a top 8. As well as Darkseid not being seen in a top 8 or Scarecrow (EDIT: I don't mean "never seen". Just not seen in a top 8 even though they're considered top 5 or top tier. Just because they don't always make a top 8 doesn't mean they aren't top tier). It's all dependant on the players, their paths to top 8, who they're playing against, who their opponent is using, etc.

The game is remarkably balanced at this point. Honestly the only thing I could see justification for as far as another balance patch is slightly buffing characters like Swampy and Joker. I don't think any character needs to be nerfed as no one is too good like they were pre-patch. Just my opinion though.

Scarecrow won CEO (or was it CB?) and got 2nd (or 3rd?) at DTN tho. Darkseid also won the hometown heroes tournament last week and I'm pretty sure Sonic got him very far at CEO as well.

Jacqui was dumb tier the whole way throughout MKX life span, even having an infinite at some point, where was she in top 8's? Besides yung in Kombat Cup.

Kano was dumb throughout the Tanya era of MKX, where was he in top 8's?

I didn't mean not ever seen. I said not seen in a top 8, meaning "not seen in a top 8", not "never seen in a top 8". Most recently Summer Jam iirc.

Canary might only have 3 losing matchups now, with the chance for the last 3 losing mus to decrease rapidly into even or winning MUs for her to put her at 0 losing mus. My new theory and gameplan on how to play her is looking like the best thing that could've ever happened to the character, if this keeps up that is.

I look at the S tier and I se characters with 1 bad matchups and characters with like 4 bad matchups. So I look at A+ tier and I see characters with 1 bad matchups and characters with 5+ bad matchups. Then I look at A tier and I see Aquaman and then Sub-Zero... and then Grodd...
This tier list is a complete mindfuck for me, the more I try to understand it the less it makes sense.

I've read somewhere here on TYM that AM is her worst match-up, do you agree or believe it's someone else?

I think after patch he's not very threatening in this matchup and if it's someone else I'm genuinly interested in picking up that character just to have an SG counterpick.

The Supergirl downplayers are still there actually, it's the other side that grew in numbers.

By the way. Scarecrow is another character that can consistently beat Supergirl with patience. Quite easily. 6f d1's blow her shit up and with scarecrow you gotta guess after that d1 jump to dodge the CG, or black that fear gas, if he ex's it then you gotta guess again or hold that shit and get opened up by a CG.

Not saying this makes Scarecrow Top 5-3. Just saying he's one of Supergirl hard MU's, like Aquaman. Also her wakeup game is buns.

Darkseid is top 5 imo. What darkseid does, no other character can really do, and while darkseid has no buttons his neutral, ie lasers, demons, etc is good. His damage is godlike, zoning is good, mix is retarded, etc. And darkseid has like no bad mus either, being top 5 also depends on ur bad mus and he has very little.
