most difficult links and combos

It's sad that you think that would be the general response here...because you may be correct.

Nobody started at the top. Everybody has to work at it, some harder than others. Please ask questions to help you along the way and don't be discouraged by what other people here might assume about you based on those questions. There are still some helpful and genuine people here!!!

Hit the B3 right when your opponents body is at the top of their bounce.

Like when it doesn't go any higher, and right before he starts to come down.

Practice doing it like that while watching your opponent, and you will never miss it again.

Sinestros b13 b3 j3 j2 11xxshackles is pretty hard to connect, 112xxshackles gets the same damage but no vortex

WW is another character who can have issues with Bgb to b3, the timing is weird because of how far she advances, the easiest way I found to do it involved the b3 hitting behind her and the opponent clipping through my hitbox.

Also, WW spin~b3 is a bitch.

Sure glad both of these things are basically unnecessary.

B3 after from the deep mb is pretty easy, though I think I depends on what if anything came before from the deep.

I'm pretty certain Black Adam has some of the tighter combos in general.

I never played him. I only dipped into several characters, including my mains.

This combo is difficult, I wanted to make it my bnb but it is not tournament viable at all IMO

This is a tough one, feels so good when connected.

I don't know for sure but I very highly doubt it if you mean dashing after the b3 and neutral jump 1'ing. If you transition into the corner you probably can and then you would maybe get a f3 before the 123...wow I wanna try this now haha

Batgirl's most optimised corner combos are pretty hard to get consistently, so is, after MB Ground Pound a Forward J2 B3. Shazam's raw B3 J3 J3 D1 xx HM is also pretty hard
