Do you call +12 à real nerf ? He is still free to pressure after that. Its à bigger one for shinnok because he stay farAnd Tempest KL hat pressure nerf.
Yesssssssssss
I think you also misspelled "4 frame faster recovery on reptile force balls"Changed a few things on the patch notes page. Hat dance should actually read Orbiting hat. Deep Stab should read Grab-N-Stab.
Sorry. Carry on.
Dude, people will be really happy if nrs delete air teleport, i prefer they buff tanya normals for itthanks to all the trolls now tanya is shit, and no longer safe on teles, also damn pyromancer is shit now...
Netcode confirmed worst in Tier List (Need to see how the Netcode players will adapt to these massive nerfs)Yet no netcode buff. The buff we've been asking for since 2011
if your SCEE (ps4 Europe ) you get to wait...Odd, did not get the patch yet...
Ok ty for info. So I guess its 7.7 when we get it?if your SCEE (ps4 Europe ) you get to wait...
Great Patch!
little sad for Shinnok, but it´s not too bad i think.

Shinnok actually didn't get hurt much tbh, in his blockstrings he just has to ex after the first ball instead of the secondSo, @Hidan might play Shinnok again now
Have to disagree with better zoning. Flame Fist always had better zoning than DF.I'm pretty sure that the only cancel advantage, if any now, from regular SF would be from F213 SF, and you need to spend meter to get decent damage again. I don't think WP being cancelable, alone, is enough to make this variation competitive with Dragon's Fire; DF has better pressure and zoning, and safer meter building and chip. The meterless damage was the variation's main allure, so if you're going to be spending meter regardless, why not go DF?
LMAOI find it ridiculous NRS gave her these ideas only to remove them due to whining, bitching and complaining players who can't find ways around it.
Main Goro.Every time I pick a character to main, he or she gets nurfed lol. I picked Sub, he got nurfed, I picked Shinnok, he got nurfed, I picked Scorpion, he got nurfed and I picked Tanya, she got nurfed. I guess the tagline Who's Next fits perfectly in this game.
you didnt get the update because its not out for SCEE... like i told the poster a few above you, they most likely rushed SCEA out because of evo but Europe will probably have to wait untill later today, or even moreAnyone else in europe who didnt get the update ? I havent (ps4)
Oh ok thanksyou didnt get the update because its not out for SCEE... like i told the poster a few above you, they most likely rushed SCEA out because of evo but Europe will probably have to wait untill later today, or even more
NRS needs to take a hard look at what it means to sustain a game in the long term. MKX has amazing potential to be a great fighter and tournament favorite IF they learn to let some things rock longer and make more sensible gameplay changes instead of swinging the buff/nerf bat. Some things were definitely needed - Tanya/FF Liu/BS Shinnok/Tempest KL/HF Scorp had arguably game-breaking dirt that would've killed this game stone dead at EVO, Kitana, Shinnok (originally) and Kenshi definitely needed help - but where's common sense gameplay fixes like netcode, hitboxes, glitches (Ice Clone), useless/imbalanced variations, option selects, bad AAs, etc? Why do they have to release patches three days before a tournament that radically alter the game balance, throwing out weeks of lab work? I could see a big patch every month or two as needed, but it feels like there's no rhyme or reason half the time. Shit like that makes them look amateurish. Don't get me wrong, I love this game. As a fan going back to MK1, it's the best MK yet hands down in almost every way, and has made HUGE leaps towards MK's legitimacy as a fighter, but there's room for improvement. With that said, NRS should take a page or two from Capcom and hire more seasoned tournament players to test their games out and have input into the whole nerf/buff process, and learn to let their games breathe a little bit.
Probably not...but where the fuck are the fixes?Johnny main here. He does not need ANY buffs.
Your problem is that you think NRS is ever going to change their business model, and they're not. Street Fighter IV has outlived 4 NRS fighters now (MKvsDC, MK9, Injustice, MKX). FOUR. Some people think this is "smart business." I mean, why take pride in your product and nurture your player base when you can instead quickly push out garbage and rush to turd-polish in a 6 month timespan? We only have ourselves to blame for buying their games in the first place. This is what stops many top street fighter players from staying with NRS games. 801 Strider stopped playing with the last scorpion change.
I honestly believe that 90% or so "tournament players" don't have the skills to balance in a professional capacity. I've heard so many times on TYM about "if NRS would just get tournament players to play test and have input on patches it'd be so much better."This is what stops many top street fighter players from staying with NRS games. 801 Strider stopped playing with the last scorpion change.
