Lol, why did Smoke's OTG bomb get removed?

Congrats to kr3wman and Jedah. I wished I could have played more, but I was sad after I lost my first 2 matches, lol.

they want to normalize everyone's meterless damage midscreen and smoke was doing too much.

EDIT :

during the stream when I was waiting for art they say "do a fancy combo" I was like meeeeh.

I start doing the infinite, and they cut straight to the promos lol.

after art wins, he goes to speak on the stream, neorussell asks him his thoughts on the match and art, the gentlemen he is, doesn't proclaim the entire nation of canada free. He just makes a couple of shoutouts and goes get some more beer.

even though smokebomb combs otg was doing a lot, it wasn't with meter was it?

not only did arturo go for some beer, he robbed me of a smoke!

Hey does anyone know if the bigger merch table is a store from montreal or something? I'm talking the same table that had all the controllers, energy drinks etc.. They had a ps2 to 360 controller converter that i forgot to buy twice.

Has anyone hit Foonzo outside of events? I work nearby, and was wondering if its a nice place to get in a few games during lunchtime...

we do try to hit up foonzo, although i haven't been able to lately.
as far as lunch time goes, i think this might be a bad time to look for matches.

I hit up Foonzo practically daily since i work so close if you want to play a few matches i would be down not during lunch hours though.

Hey I played a bit with Zaf today and he told me there was some tournement or something on tuesday somewhere. I guess they is no converter available there? i play xbox :(

id imagine that kung is still good, i dont think he will be dropped by people.

I know ermac's 2,2 does not combo into anything. Does anyone know any other changes he has undergone? cant seem to find anything else.

Dom, ps3 controller is more amazing then xbox, you'll get used to it easily

yea actually dom, if you want i can drop off my ps2 controller at your place tonight on my way to work.
it'll take you like 5 mins to get used to it. you have a converter and at most tournies or practise sessions you can just use ps3

ok cool zaf. maybe next time you come over ? but now it suck, there is still no patch on xbox. but like nothing changed for zub zero right ? and just the upball for kano ?

As for kano, besides upball i believe that one of his Kicks now hits low instead of high.
Not sure which kick it is.
That's all i know about kano those two changes.

-5$ Entry Fee and at least purchase one drink! (Beer,Bubble tea whatever works!)
- Friday, June 17th 2011
- 6:00 PM Registration Opens
- 7:00 PM Tournament Starts
- 32 Player Bracket (Capped)
- Double-Elimination
- Mortal Kombat will be played on Xbox and PS3
- Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition will be played on Xbox on cabinets!
- There are Controller's available however bring your own sticks!
- Converters for PS2 and PS1 pads available for Xbox

Prizes!
- 1st Place, 70%
- 2nd Place 20%
- 3rd Pace 10%

If anyone has a PS3 they could bring tonight that would be awesome since the xbox version is not patched and we would have to run the tournament strictly on 1 PS3. I am bringing mine. Ill be there at 6 guys.

Edit: PS3 Controllers would help too!
