It's a solid mixup, it's still unsafe on one option with no actual reward other than a knockdown and relatively minor damage. Yeah, you can get it from a range most characters can't punish you for one option, but is it something you're actually going to try and beat people with. Also, it doesn't even hit overhead on the first hit. The b3 comment would have meant something if that were the case...fuzzy low, and if you read teh gimmickz, block low.
Doomsday didn't have a 50/50, btw. Just a high-to-low block.
