I do. KDZ leveled up his Zoning. You can teleport the lasers on reaction. Its just hard to do.
Like I said, once you fight a good Superman, you'll understand.

And no you can't teleport lasers on reaction, you're just teleporting on reaction to whatever twitch of movement Superman is doing, assuming it's a laser. Even then the sweeping laser catches Shazam out of it a lot of the time since it's so meaty.

Easily can be 4-6 but these are just my opinions.
I'm sure once I go out to BLT and get wrecked by @daddydab32ho I'll say it's 0-10.

Matchup is AT LEAST 6-4 Superman. Billy gets zoned out hard, teleport in easily punished on reaction, torpedo is unsafe, and once he has him in the corner Billy has little to no options.

I mean KDZ is a good Superman. Theo Is also a Good superman. And you can but its hard. You have to react to his head tilting back. But then again this conversation doesnt really matter since you are retiring anyway.

He has D1. And well um. Make sure to time it right.

He also has sweep, MB b3, and can jump but guess what? MB Breath (with trait) stops all of that. :joker:
I meant in the corner. Sweep doesnt work cause its too slow. Unless it goes under F23. In which case i did not know that and thats awesome.

KDZ is leagues below SoCal Superman though. And do you really win 4 out of every 10 matches against him? I kind of doubt it.
I never played a West Coast Superman so i would not know. But from what i have seen they are pretty good. Apparently you are not willing to accept KDZ is good. But whatever. Also I have no idea. We play so many games i lose track. Some games i get demolished other games i do better. Also he plays His WoWo against me sometimes. I don't keep a board next to me and mark how many times i win or lose.

I never played a West Coast Superman so i would not know. But from what i have seen they are pretty good. Apparently you are not willing to accept KDZ is good. But whatever. Also I have no idea. We play so many games i lose track. Some games i get demolished other games i do better. Also he plays His WoWo against me sometimes. I don't keep a board next to me and mark how many times i win or lose.
Do you feel like you almost go even with KDZ's Superman in casuals?

No i do not. But thats cause i suck and my reaction time is not good. And his Reactions are tough to deal with sometimes.
Then trust me on this one, I'm not just theorycrafting, I've taken Shazam and been pretty successful against all the really good SoCal players, but Superman is easily the hardest to deal with.

I know how to fight Supes really well too, I'm 6 wins 1 loss (fuck you Theo) against Supes at Majors, but Shazam is easily one of the hardest characters to use against him.

5-5 my man. Batgirl doesn't have better footsies than Shazam, if anything they have equal chance within footsie range due to both having unsafe overhead launchers. Shazam has an invincible teleport on wakeup, where you getting this magical oki from? Lol

Uh....remind me, what is torpedo on block? Is it not -10ish? But yes definitely 5-5 else I would've mentioned that too, BG & WoWo arey babes :cool:
Heres why I say is 6-4. Shazam is heavily dependent on mixing people up after he get a unteachable hard knockdown. BG completely blows this out of the water due to her various wakeups and properties on them removing the only good thing shazam can do in his meta game. Shazams projectile is so awful that batgirl doesnt even need to punish it on reaction with teleport, she can wait until its half screen removing the move from play by virtue. All of shazams footsies/approaches/ranges can be stuffed by batgirl simply d1 him. If you want me to be more specific, that includes his b2, forward teleport, his laggy dash, jumpins, etc. leaving him no safe approach for him. the only tool that he can fare good against her is his d1 but for that he would have to have got in and the only thing he can combo off it is his torpedo which btw can be stuffed with her d1 if she blocks and he cancels his d1 into torpedo. His also one of the few chracters that can't punish her overhead vortex option, making it harder to deal with her vortex. The only good thing shazam has in this matchup is the ability to punish her bolos mid screen, but in the neutral aspect of it all shazam has to get in more badly than she does so tell me how is this even?

I mean you could be right or you could be wrong. Either way it doesnt really matter at this point. Congrats on your wins. But i feel that Shazam can do better than you think he can in that MU. The only 3-7 MU's i even considered for Shazam was a Mix between GL, GA and nightwing. I never considered Superman to really be a 3-7. It just seems like a 4-6 to me.

I think what we are all forgetting is Billy is very meter dependent so most characters that can zone him will always have the meter lead if not a meter tie. This results in high damaging combos and a losing clash that Billy will take. *cough* Superman *cough*
