You should quote me next time. There's no point in using this tech because if you sweep it's better to use his 50/50 than a stupid fucking cross up that costs a bar and grants you no damage. If you want to talk shit with a character you don't play and some pointless tech you created you should do it to a person that didn't constantly look for tech and try to improve his character when no one else would. If you have a problem with me or want to talk shit please come up to me at the next tournament and say it to my face so I can either money match you for every single dollar in my wallet or uppercut you into the next state.

Nah I'm good. I wasn't going to tag you anyway because you're a pretentious jackass and most DD players and community members in general are already sick of your constant downplaying and whining. You can leave now.

I hate the fact that you think you can trash on people in the community when you've never done anything tournament wise and never put anything on the line when you talk trash. If you think I'm a bad player, play me for money. If you want to talk shit on me for not posting tech, why don't you look at the reasons I don't. You're infinitely more pretentious than I am because you constantly think you're better than people due to your "status" in this community which I'm not sure why you were even granted because you don't have any actual skill at this game.

I don't think I'm better than anyone. I have every right to say you're a complete jackass because you constantly bitch about how bad Doomsday is when you're LITERALLY the ONLY known tournament Doomsday player to have NO success whatsoever. I don't care if I'm bad, I'm not the one going around talking down to other people that are trying to make the game evolve. However, I will call out people like you who do nothing positive for the community besides remind us that you've placed 4th at Wednesday Night Fights once.

I would love to see most players get better than 4th place at Wednesday night fights, and I've got 3rd twice to be fair. I don't even bitch about Doomsday. I'm just realistic. I've been to two majors and lost to very competent players that I honestly don't mind losing to. If you really think beating Tyrant, Theo, Slayer, Sajam, Chef, Krazyie, Legend, and Nubcakes on a consistent basis is easy please come show me. In fact that only person at Wednesday night fights that I have never beaten is Theo, and both of his characters counter mine pretty hard. There was a point where I thought I was the best Doomsday. I definitely think I got a bad bracket draw in that tournament but I still fully admitted that Noobe was a better player, I even played him in that stupid FT5 mirror even though I'd never played against a Doomsday at that point and completely knew I was going to lose because he had one as a training partner. I'm far from pretentious, but when I get people like you calling me out I definitely have a problem and have no difficulty speaking up about it. What's funny to me is that you're never like this in person. You will never put money down on a match with me but you will constantly bash me. As far as I'm concerned you're opinion of me is worthless and I let you get inside my head too much with your comment.

Anyways ya, so brad is somewhat right. I think its best to use a neutral jump after a hard knockdown. However...this is extremely handy for blowing up character wakeup like batgirls, and nightwings(flash). I found some good in it so thanks. You do however want to conserve meter whenever possible. Brads right as far as wasting a bar to get 12% when you have the option to cross up. Good find though. I will use it in some fashions.

It's viable in the sense that if you're expecting a wake up it's good. But the 50/50 mid screen wake up reverse after sweep is really good against most characters. It's more up to the player but as far as optimal damage, the 50/50 grants you 40% on hit. Where as the venom only gets you 13%

I think the most beneficial thing is finding out that Venom (NOT MB) can reverse wakeups in the corner after a b13, 112 or sweep. It's also safer than dashing when reversing certain wakeups.

Awesome. Also, I was thinking back on what @R.E.O. posted about being able to check people with a regular Venom as you can delay the MB portion of it. If you're trying to reverse wakeups in the corner with Venom and they just decide to block, you can react to it by doing a MB to make it safe.

I talked to @Kitana Prime about this yesterday and it can be blown up. Let him show you next time you play. And I quote "Doomsday has NO reason to save meter. He gets it back like candy. What's he gonna do, Super? Let the full MB Venom rip for that +6."
