March 2012 USA PS3 MK2 Tournament - COMPLETED

Here's more on the prize for the tournament winner. J!NX is now the official licensee for Mortal Kombat apparel. The winner of this tournament will be given a $25 gift card for use on MK clothing available through J!NX.

sidenote: We now have enough players to run the tournament. Let's try to get a few more for a full 16 (or more) player bracket.

@DCI, dude this is awesome, reading this thread just got me amped to get back on ps3, I had to get rid of it not too long ago and have been playing here and there at my boys house. Im gonna get one next week. Ive been playing MK1 mainly in the past few months, MK1 at high-level is just mind-blowingly amazing, but cant wait to return on MK2. I could get back on mame if I just had a ps3 controller, so i may get one tomorrow so i can start immediatly playing again. Anyway, I dont want to mess this thread up, looking forward to playing new and old peeps.Thanks for the ampage DCI

lol i actually thought of that and I'd change my last post "Use PSN MK2 unless connection is an issue - MKAK supposedly has the better netplay, however" Other than that, PSN's og version is the superior choice.

sup man, nah Im not in, wish I was. I just saw this thread(wich got me amped) and realized I need to get a ps3 like in the next week. Wish all you the best in this tournament. Hope to be on again next week, i miss MK2.

My PS3 had an accident last night. I lost everything and am friendless now. I'm still in the tournament, but I have to download MK2 again. My new name is Luhvuhtht.

You can still use your old name on PSN if you want. Just signin using your old email and password. I'll adjust the main post to show your new name.

sidenote - I've gotten PSN commitments from Chrunks and Drewicide, but they need to signup and post in this thread to make it official.

Thanks DCI. Yeah, I've read how to get my stuff back so I'm going to attempt that later after work. It's bad enough my game/movie discs can't be recognized any more. If I can get my downloaded games back I'll be ecstatic.
