The end of one combo is the beginning of another
Trait helps a lot versus Martian and Lobo doesn't have any trouble doing any of his knockdown game against MMH.
Wakeup push is very easy to whiff punish (which you can do with command grab), not to mention the post hook charge safe jumps on MMH. I've ran the match up with Dab offline some, the only thing that gets me is the amount of options MMH has in the neutral with his Trait and mobility, plus interactable control on most maps.
I feel like 6-4 but maybe 5.5-4.5 MMH favor

Mmh has a great zoning game and if he reads you perfectly, you might never be able advance or load shells safely. With his trait be can out footsie lobo as well but on knockdown, lobo can stuff almost every wake-up mmh has at a certain range. It could be 5-5 but it depends on how smart the mmh player is at keeping you away. You've seen my matches with Jupiter probably, it's a patience game. @JustPressingButtons

@JustPressingButtons @Decay How do you guys fight Zatanna? What do you do when she's zoning? When she's traited? How do you guy's oki her?
1. You've got to stop being so patient when I don't have trait. There is no mixup on block with rings against Lobo; block a ring and dash ALWAYS. It will nullify any trance 'guessing game' as it whiffs if you dash.

2. React to mb rings and block high. I know it's more difficult online, but it's a hefty bit of damage for me and a free trait.

3. Get nuke shells as much as you can, as it is a great counter-zoning option that can't be absorbed in trait.

4. React to tele back with dash forward; you've got ages before I recover to react with a dash.

5. Stop going for your normal oki as it doesn't work against her. Instead of ending combos in hook charge, end them in b2 or something else that leaves me much closer to you, as hook charge puts me too far back for you to work with. Then guess if i'm going to teleport away (jump forward), tele behind (113~toss), kicks (neutral jump) or if I'm going to block.

6. Try reacting to trait shots; dashing and jumping preemptively to avoid them is a recipe for an ass whoopin. Instead, just walk forward and jump when you see them come out, until your in a range to nuke shell. If you don't have nuke shells, then pray.

Can Lobo preassure GA on WU? I mean does he have a way to stuff them? I know he can blow up the slide with a Jump back on read (BTW how + is his MB slide?) but what about savage blast?
How to pass through savage blast in the neutral game? (Pump Shot?)

After a hook charge, dash forward and j1 into 3~hook charge. Can only be done on read really. But try it in training mode.

Mb slide is safe, I don't know how safe but nothing like Doomsday Venom or anything. If the Arrow player is Savage Blast wu happy, I just mb pump shot. Sooner or later they stop doing that and than you can start jumping back if you think they'll start waking up Slide.

I feel like the best way to play this mu is to just react and punish what Arrow does. Let him shoot himself in the foot. Whenever I lose in this mu, it's because I get to impatient/frustrated.

Also you can stuff wu Savage Blast if the Arrow player is in the corner with b2u1. I wouldn't be to afraid with pressuring an Arrow player at first. His wu's aren't very threatening in the damage department. He's like a lesser annoying version of Harley.

Yeah, I played a very good GA yesterday it was pretty even, but damn he loved to WU a lot lol. He mixed up between slide and Savage Blast.
Hopefully it's pretty easy to reload trait whenever he doesn't have a arrow loaded or isn't too close. So like you said I just have to be more patient and outdamage him as soon as I have the opportunity. Thanks!
 
Idk how to tag ppl here now but about the Grundy vs Lobo match up. Grundy was able to duck Lobo's 21~Tick throw Mix up. Let alone he can walking corpse right thru it. So lobo also has no real mix up vs Grundy.
