you can do then to where they hit the opponent in the face whole standing but not much lower than thatThere are none. You can do an air fireball but not an instant air.
Kangs major problem is that his best string (F4) has a gap you can drive a truck through and his B1 has shit range. I pound Liu Kang with Reptile's range now that I understand he needs to be sitting on your face to do anything.Do we have someone working on testing the frame data? With a character with this much focus on pressure I think accurate numbers would help drastically. I'll probably run a few tests when I get home.

also there's more recovery on landing after a air fireball so you cant spam them like before. They have there uses tho

Yeah. And crossover jumping pressure isn't very practical. I try to anticipate w jump 1, then (since i haven't learned good run combo conversions) ill do BF2So am i the only one having the worst time with jumping in with Kangs punches... They always lose a2a or just whiff unless done mad late

With things like this it seems to make the cancels in Duelist less viable. This fireball cancel is legit and is hella quick.Was testing in dragon fire and all normals outside of d1 d3 and d4 that are cancelable can be run canceled into 113. i.e. f4 bf1 (hold) ff+ block (run) 113. IL post a bid in a bit. Makes any poke a combo starter.

shows 112, f3, f4 (2 hits) f21, and f44 being canceled into 113 for whatever your typical bnb is. Looks like every hit in this game forces stand so no worries about 113 whiffing. Some are more fancy like b34 (1 hit of 4) -> fireball cancel ->b34 -> whatever your best combo is there. Easiest way for me to do reliably is to buffer the fireball, then press ff1+block after I see fireball animation. Also, you can do this off of 1 hit of f4 but it's REALLY tight.

It builds back the meter spent and they are stuck in blockstun unless they just take one of the hits. It's an infinite blockstring. The video of it is in one of the other threads.Why would you want to waste that much meter for almost no chip?
