Yeah, I don't need a new Controller yet, but my Hori Xbox 360 GEM Pad EX won't last forever. Right now, realistically it'd be an Xbox One pad I'd ultimately replace it with.I may end up picking up a Xbox one pad also because I like it more for general gaming and I will let you know what I think of it if I do.
Nice. The D-Pad? Good and responsive, especial for D,B or D,F motions? Do you role your thumb for those?
I play with some people and they have not had any probs with the DS4 though I do not know which drivers they were using. I had a hard time finding a good answer for the DS3 is why I asked on her to find some more knowledgeable people to chime in.I have no experience with using DS4 on PC, but from a brief google search, it doesn't seem like MotionInJoy works with DS4 at all. Though other options came up like DS4Tool, DS4Windows, and SCP Driver Package. Best to look into it yourself or get a reply from someone more knowledgeable, though.
It's responsive for me. I do roll my thumb for those inputs.Nice. The D-Pad? Good and responsive, especial for D,B or D,F motions? Do you role your thumb for those?
Good to know, thanks! It's responsive for me. I do roll my thumb for those inputs.
I've been using a wired xbox 1 mini controller, but I don't really have anything to compare it to. I played Injustice on the keyboard, and only borrowed a controller for MK X because I wanted to be able to just play the game offline if I went somewhere. The last controller I used was dualshock 2 in 2008, and that wasn't for a fighting game or even required the d-pad. I've had some issues, but I'm not sure if they're due to the controller or me still not being that used to d-pads. I find that I have to be very careful when hitting any of the cardinal directions, otherwise I get jump forward or back instead of neutral jump or down forward instead of down, which messes up the qcb/qcf motion.Out of curiosity, has anyone tried an Xbox One Controller (Wired) with the game on PC? If so, how's it handle (mainly the D-Pad)?
There's still been no confirmation on Qloc being brought in what-so-ever though. It's just a rumour and a guess based on the Steam DB.the training mode bug was fixed. and we are finally up to date with balance. everything seems as good as as ever. qloc to the rescue.
Yeah, I know about the SteamDB stuff, but that doesn't mean it's the company; everyone is just assuming. And when you assume...all the steam HVS stuff being deleted and now QLOC stuff being added is a pretty damn good indication IMO
btw i thought both sf4 and devil may cry pc ports were fantastic.
where can i find brutality requirements ?yeah i got it to work. just hold change stance while uppercutting
I believe QLOC is the one working on the optimization for the PC version, while HVS are the ones working on the last-gen versions.Yeah, I know about the SteamDB stuff, but that doesn't mean it's the company; everyone is just assuming. And when you assume...
Could easily mean "quality locked" or something else. It could also mean the company QLOC, but the truth is no one knows and it's all just a rumour.
Here's a question, go watch the game's credits. Is QLoc now in it? I don't meant the opening splash screen, I mean the actual credits?
i use an xbox one controller but am tempted to try a PS4 controller.. im finding im having trouble with execution, in particulare run cancel combos.. i'd like to see if another controller makes a difference or its just meOut of curiosity, has anyone tried an Xbox One Controller (Wired) with the game on PC? i know i just wanna find other brutalities on other stages how to do them@AcMilan91 you don't need any requirements. Final hit must come from holding the change stance button (L2 by default on PS4 controller) while uppercutting the opponent. Works anywhere on the screen/level. Pretty simple.
Let us know when you try!i use an xbox one controller but am tempted to try a PS4 controller.. im finding im having trouble with execution, in particulare run cancel combos.. i'd like to see if another controller makes a difference or its just me
will doLet us know when you try!
That's the thing, lots of people believe, but they believe based on an unconfirmed rumour. Could be true, but there's nothing solid to indicate so yet.I believe QLOC is the one working on the optimization for the PC version, while HVS are the ones working on the last-gen versions.
