I think Kano received the most significant nerfs. He went from top 10 to bottom 5 within a patch. At least Sub Zero is still a solid mid tier character.

I think with today's metagame that all of Kano's supposedly good matchups are not good anymore pre-patch or even with the gdlk upball.

Not touched at all - Kenshi

The took away Kenshi's F3 OTG, and his reflect was never fixed like Nightwolf's was so it still doesn't work as a wakeup.

I love post patch Stryker, Sheeva and Jade.

Jade miht not have up 3, but she got her reboomerangs to come back even when blocked and pushback on staff grab and pole cat.

I didn't use up 3 till after it was patched, so I never missed it lol.

Kano was top 10 before we knew any better. He would've slowly dropped to about low mid tier after a while.
