How do you unlock the throne room?

You gotta get half the heads to open the first door I believe and then there's intervals for the rest of the doors, but placing the severed heads on the shrines gives you access.

I’ve opened 480 chests, there’s just one Johnny skin I want and can’t find! It’s says “found in krypt” ... please just show up as a daily purchase already oh well I actually think the Krypt is fun
