She has exploitable weaknesses. It's just that:

(1) Top players exploit them intuitively without articulating what they're doing.
(2) Lesser players can't see them at all.

So she'll always be better on paper than she really is, especially with the upcoming nerfs.

I don't remember you having wild success with kitana right away either - it'll take time, but you'll make it work.
