Yeah he'll be in, there's no good reason why he wouldn't be. You casuals can stay free and I won't take any pity when you're crying about this char when the game comes out and he's OP.
A lot of people are expecting long-haired, bearded Aquaman. I wouldn't mind this, and I realize it would fit with the grittiness of the game, but I hope they use the modernized New 52 look. It keeps the classic costume while still making him look sleek and badass.
