I'm with you on the whole "nothing to do with each other" but I just want to point out as a fan of the Guardians way before the movies, that when Groot says his 3 words, he's actually talking but the meaning of what he's saying is in the frequency of the voice, not the words he pronounces. He's actually extremely intelligent (complicated engineering and stuff) and a monarch in fact.

Damn. That's actually super dope...not as cool as Swamp Thing being able to communicate with the entirety of the Earth's plant life and therefor being damn near omniscient but cool none the less.

Ares - my Injustice 1 main. Love this character, but I don't see him returning.

Shazam - Maybe DLC.

Green Arrow - Pretty much confirmed to be returning, he's on the leaked roster

Dr. Fate - Pretty much confirmed already

Dr. Manhattan - Would love to see him in the game, but unless he's DLC, it's not happening.

Joker - Pretty much confirmed as well, is on the leaked roster.

Having said that, Dr Manhattan would be so dope in Injustice. I'd much rather see him than Rorschach. Imagine all the dick specials he could have. He could have different dicks as gear, too. It would be awesome.

DLC characters at the very least. Also, minus the characters, NRS has said there's still lots of stuff about the game itself (outside of characters) that's yet to be revealed that will make us very happy.

Really hoping they include something similar to brutalities. Just less lethal & gory obviously.
