Teen titans are lame. Raven is emo school girl who wears dark for attention. Beast boy is an ugly kid, so ugly that his own mother doesn't love him. There are far better characters in DCU than slutfire. With better power set and more story potential. You need a character who flies and shoots energy beams? Captain atom, booster gold, Orion, Grail, big barda, apollo, black hand and many more characters are capable of doing what starfire can + more stuff.
Rorschach is such a shitty fighter and has no special abilities. We don't need watered down batman clone.
Mera is better option than black manta who doesn't bring anything unique to the game.

Raven, BB and Starfire are all classic DC characters with unique abilities.
Tamaranean Solar Absorption: Starfire's alien physiology constantly absorbs ultraviolet radiation and converts it to energy. She can also absorb the ultraviolet radiation from other life forms. She once used this application of her power to weaken a group of Kryptonians who otherwise require ultraviolet radiation to maintain their superhuman abilities. This power also enables Starfire to perform the following feats:
Flight: Which leaves a distinctive energy contrail behind, looking as if it is coming directly from her hair. Starfire has also been stated to have flown light years through space in short amounts of time. Starbolts: The solar absorption experiments performed on her by the alien Psions granted her the ability to channel and project that same energy into destructive blasts called "starbolts". Starfire has the ability to unleash all her stored energy into a pseudo nova blast. It is suggested to be as hot as the sun itself and so only uses this in dire situations.
Invulnerability: Starfire is impervious to most kinds of damage.
Superhuman Strength: Starfire possesses superhuman strength--the uppermost level of which is not known as yet, but it has been stated that she is stronger than Donna Troy (Donna herself being in the lower class 100).
Beast Boy can potentially have one of the most interesting animations and move sets of all time in fighting game history. I and many others are interested to see what NRS can do with him.
But Black Hand, Captain Atom are great choices.
and I agree Rorschach is overrated. Inspector Gadget, Carmen Sandiego or The Question are better trenchcoat characters than Rorschach.
