OK I've been exploring Scorps vortex and my opinion of him has changed a bit. Still think he could use a few minor buffs.
Whiffed spear recovers faster (the instant the spear goes off screen)
Armor on startup of EX TP (so wakeup isn't completely free)
Takedown safe on block
Here's a crazy idea: Change the tracking on TP so it stops tracking once he reappers. This will make it easier to avoid BUT make it so you can adjust the trajectory of TP by pressing left or right, press back to land in front, press forward to land behind.
