Simplest farming method is to enter Klassic Towers until you see the character you want at the bottom of the Survivor tower. Kill them, then when the next fight starts go back to Select Tower and kill the first guy again until you have their head.

Why survivor tower as opposed to others? Does it not count against your losses?

Survivor is only one round, so it's quicker.

I did this for Skarlet yesterday and it didn't take as long as I expected, but it's still pretty monotonous.

I have been doing Brutalities on survivor tower forever and not gotten the head. Are we sure it is brutalities Or fatalities and not JUST fatalities?

I just tried it with Johnny and got one skin, one item for each gear type, and one outro. Pretty good.

Which outro was it?

You have to perform 50 fatalities with a character in any tower to have one of the heads. Any type of fatalities count.

I did more than 50 brutalities I'm almost certain. I'm gonna try again later grinding only fatalities to see if it finally gives me that Scorpion head, lol.

Here’s the guide for you guys:

Brutalities or fatalities?
Only fatalities work. Therefore, if you are using character specific towers of time, you can use this fatality 75 times to complete that tower

Does AI work?
Yes, but they will not always do a fatality.

How many heads do I need for the throne room?
10 heads!

What is the reward per head?
6 character specific items (they are set)

finally got scorpion heads. it must require Fatalities and NOT brutalities.

I think they patched something i dont know but i got right now 3 heads from brutalities not fatalitys

Idk if they updated it but I just got a head after a brutality

Edit: I see im too late. I figured nrs would change that requirement though. Didnt make sense to only be fatalities. Online counts as well because I got one in koth
