In case anyone was wondering who I managed to troll my way to top 8 LMFAO...
1st match - Vs. Rain player who DID NOT know the Sheeva match up. Probably never played against Sheeva before ever.
2nd match - Vs. Cage player who DID NOT know the Sheeva match up. Probably NEVER played against Sheeva before EVER.
3rd match - Vs. Joshthefunkdoc who DID NOT know the Sheeva match up. But played very well against me. And forced me to chance to Quan Chi. And then I rune trapped my way to victory. GGs to you Josh
4th match - Vs. BeenieWeenies ROFLMFAO!!! First Beenie is amazing. Funniest guy I ever encountered at a tournament in a long time. We talked hella shit to each other. Just because lol (mainly to hype SCV). So when we finally got to play...it was in SERIOUS BUSINESS TOURNAMENT MATCH. So I win the first match with Sheeva. Then he beats me the 2nd match with Kano. Then Tim Static comes around and says...
BTW this match is for Top 8. And the first thing that went through my mind at the character select screen was...
And I picked Kung Lao And it was the SCRUBBIEST POCKET LAO EVER!!!
Match came down to last round 2% health a SPIN and a dream.
I felt bad I won lol.
My match against Chris G on the stream had me mad salty. My button inputs literally dropped many times, as well as his. I wish I was able to run that back, I feel I could have done much better.
This is my 2nd top 8 vs. very strong players. The 1st one, is where I got 3rd at Showdown Championships in St. Petersburg florida (played against Isaac, King Rey, NoobE, Ashenar, JoseDaCuban, and etc.)
And finally FOREVER KING, is the sexiest man EVER and probably one of the best Kung Lao's I ever played against. He is GDLK!
