Someone that knows how to incorporate it will not make it easy, even with consecutive 2ndc's lol I can go into a whole explanation for the mind game of 2ndc but it's too much & i will derail

no character or player is unbeatable, simple as that. kabal is OP, but not unbeatable, jax goes 5-5 with kabal imo and kung lao and kitana do pretty well against kabal as well.

Take away his armor on ex dash and give his overhead armor instead, and then tone down his fireballs. He would still be a top character and some characters would actually stand a chance.
