i think the max for him is about 88% for 1 bar, but im skeptical if it will work or not. It involves a different method.

uf2, 21~net, uf2, b2, njp, EXbomb, fb, 121~cb, net, b2, d2, 1, 1, 121~net, jk,3,3~buzzsaw is also 87%, jk,3,3~buzzsaw is 1% more than jk, d2.

if you did, jk, d2 at the end of those combos it will do the same damage as jk, 33~saw. jk, 33~saw only does 1% more on certain combos only, but not all and not on these combos. the 49% combo after the reset is quite hard with cyblax, though i have done it.

at 2:11 the combo starts. the post reset combo is 49%

If you can land that post reset combo after the 39% reset combo, you'll get the 88%. but im done with cyblax, its all yours lol
