How do people get really low instant air dashes on a hitbox?

Stuff like iademigodess and iafireballs I can do really well, but air dashes have always seemed hard to get really low. I dunno about stick, but they're definitely easier to do on pad than on hitbox

I can air dash super low on hitbox, it just took me a bit of practice. You can hit up forward and then double tap forward to air dash super low. It's just something you might have to get the rhythm for. If it's super uncomfortable you might have to try something like the video where you buffer the inputs into other things.

Emm... my anti air comes out and they are on the other side of me punching my dick in, usually. If i do it pre-emptively... sure.
