General/Other - Raiden How Raiden is gonna be a GOD again!!

Making shocker a mid is all I ask for as a displacer player. And fix master of storms.
And nerfs to the top tier should leave Raiden in a good place. Making it so Mileena can't roll under all of his moves would be great.

I find it funny that you want to buff the d1 whereas d3 needs more that buff on its "on block" advantage.

D3 is miserable as a poke but if he had a good D1 then it wouldn't matter. IMO I would rather have a D1 buff then a D3 buff. Also, D3 is a pretty reliable anti air so I don't mind it's usefulness right now.
