The opponent has to make a read, block or dash back.

Green arrows jump will beat a dash back, his string will beat a standing block.

So it's technically a 50/50?
Green Arrows options are string, or Jump in/over.
If you think he will do another string, then dash back, invincibility frames will beat the strings.
Once the opponent starts realising that you are back dashing out of pressure, he can jump in to beat your back dash, this is when you make that read, and dash forward, his jump is so slow that you see it happening and react.

It can only be backdashed midscreen. In the corner part of the string will eventually whiff after a few repetitions (I think the number of times may be character dependent). That's where you either step slightly forward and lose a few frames or keep them in check with f2d13~arrow

Well obviously in the corner it can't be back dashed.

The answer is push block in that scenario.
