In tourney mode there is a no chip kill mechanic, if you have defensive bar you can block a move that would chip kill for the cost of 1 bar. So with full meter you can block 2 extra hits that would've chip killed you otherwise.

What if you perfect block the last hit?

Cetrion hits. Ground vines and the area effects (wind etc) hit as well).
Erron doesnt.
Geras hits. As well as his sand trap.
Frost doesnt. But her db2 (both versions) hit.

Its a faster version thats not unblockable, regular projectile. Hits high.

Then you're fine and you'll keep your defensive bar. It only takes a def bar from you if the hit would've killed you.

If you can show his frame data, that would be amazing. I certainly wouldn't object if you wanted to record his normals, strings, and specials...

He's certainly a contender. Looking at him and Jacqui the most right now. I like Jax, but hate that they gave him a weird stubby shotgun when we know he can already shoot purple energy and heat balls out of his arms. Just a dumb fucking design choice.
