give every character a quick frame attack

It's an idea, but everyone does have wake ups that are very useful.

Not everyone.. Sek's are very bad and I think Sheeva doesn't have any wake-up options

wake up isn't that great for most of the characters. so far the worst I have seen is quan chi's wake up.

You already have to sit back and let Cage getup for free because his flashkick is just so unfuckwithable.

You want MORE characters to just be totally invincible on wake-up? Fighting Cage is already annoying as hell because there's practically no Oki game against him beyond just commit or block, 50/50 everytime.

No way, then every match would be like playing kano or kung lao constantly throwing out unpunishable moves, their doing the right thing by nerfing these moves making it require a little more thought and planning to use them, not going the other way and dumbing down every character.
