Slips was absolutely right. Cyborg players don't know how to zone properly with him.
Cyborg's need to realize that his fireball hits mid, does 2% chip with every blocked shot and gives him a nice little chunk of meter every time one is blocked. Instant air fireballs don't give you this. They will start wanting to jump to avoid the chip damage and meter building your getting, which you then just hold the shot down for a sec so they land on a shot.
Instant air shots are still good, but the grounded ones should be the primary imo.
