You sir, are what tis known as a fan boy. Nobody wants your sympathy or expects. A bad track record just makes it even worse, a history of fuck ups, although none are quite as bad as this. Stop defending bad practices "oh they do it all the time" thats great it doesn't make them any less of a terrible company for doing it at all.
The CIS region is not fully supported by XBOX LIVE therefor you cannot have ESL request players from that region to play on XBONE.
i guess if they could they wouldve slapped each of us for asking about PC future! let alone apologizing.
you forgot about microtransactions and how they made skins and stuff much pricier [needing more koins] after reviewers. reviewed the game... so people that didnt want to waste their time on a game they bought, go and give them around 20$ just to unlock a part of the game that they PAID FOR IN FIRST PLACE.
I had no way of buying a console, I got MKX for super cheap and I had hoped that NRS and HV had fixed their past mistakes and at the time I hadn't played a fighting game in a long time, since I switched from consoles to PC. So I don't really feel like I'm some sort of ignorant moron who should of spent his money better. It was a low risk, high reward investment. I got a lot of enjoyment out of it. It just makes me sad a game I really like is now going to be dead on the platform I plan on sticking to for a long time, because it's not worth investing 500-600 dollars into something I plan to only play for a few games and none of my friends have, not to mention I need money for upgrading my PC too. So while we knew the risk, is it our fault or their fault for this colossal fuckup? It seems pretty obvious to me but it's all on them, don't make a port if you can't do it right and support it when you fail. Don't lie to us that it's all better. We're stupid for thinking things would change but can you blame people for wanting something like this to finally be good? I don't, we had plenty of reasons to think this would be the time NRS gets it right. But now they've backpedaled more than ever it seems and at one of the most important time in online MK's life.
So now CIS region ESL will be on Xbox too? So that probably means a bunch of different competitors since I'm guessing new Console prices are weird over there. That and some people just won't/can't buy that. Sucks to hear man.
All that's going to happen now is a bunch of possible fighting game players will never become part of this community and move to things like Arcsys, Capcom, and Namco if they ever port to PC. NRS just lost a chunk of a fanbase and I'm not surprised no one here except for PC players really cares.
I doubt it because Tyler Lansdown said he bought the option to unlock the Krypt for his PS4 on a Kombat Kast. If the WBID worked, he would not need to do that.
Look I'm a PC player and am just as peeved by this as any other PC player but people need to temper their delusions. No dev of any company will get fired over you. WB made NRS happen. NRS wouldn't exist from Midway sinking without WB. It very likely has a very tight and long term contract involved, likely one that was made even longer and tighter with MK9's success. They aren't going to risk a lawsuit to make you happy.

Actually, I recall KIT being about 10,900, never quite breaking 11,000. Street Fighter had higher, but I'm not convinced that wasn't because they were running over time on the schedule by like an hour, so a lot of the NRS fans that don't normally watch it were there, myself included.So I'm watching the madcatz tourney stream. 19k viewers. the problem with the cis region is that to buy all that stuff you have to be quite rich, for example, the average salary in my town is $184, xbone costs $375, ps4 costs $413, the game costs $40, not to count xblive and ps+, steam version costs only $18 (for russia)
Sorry, I have enough experience with NRS game ports since MK9 and I've never had any problems, this is including MKX. Why would I believe someone else as opposed to what I actually see? And how was I supposed to predict such decision seeing how game gets patches well in time and other people claiming their issues with the port are solved over time?
