OP hasn't been updated in a while. I think the recipe for the Kano heart is somewhere on page 1, otherwise I posted it again later down the thread. Just check my posts.

Drops from chests sometimes, random reward for "mortal consumable" from towers, and randomly awarded in ToT as a clear bonus...havent seen a recipe yet...

This here and the videos the dude who posted the Kitana fan and Scorpion spear, are the most complete resources out right now.

Seems like NRS can leak everything except for useful information about the current game.

not sure if anyone else noticed.. but the full tower consumable for increasing PHYSICAL consumables also increases fatal blow damage. Actually I believe all physical damage is increased.
