After some actual testing, f21 is still crouchable and still punishable if they crouch it.
he already got in without any problem, now it takes meter to get in with less effort. They nerfed him bad by removing the OTG sonic pound vortex
except that the second hit of MB lightning charge is crouchable, so it's still really unsafe. Are the guys at NRS somehow incapable of making things that say MID actually not be crouchable? It's retarded.

Unless this character gets more buffs he will stay in bottom 10 forever
I feel like they didn't actually really even buff him. It's just pointless stuff that doesn't change anything. f21 is still crouchable, 11 and 112 are still crouchable, the second hit of MB lightning charge is crouchable and horrible on whiff.

Lol come on now. Now if flashes OTG's are not returned to him, i believe he's going to need way better stuff.
Nrs, please give him more than just one buff, and fix his mids. This is a huge problem, he has become Bottom 5 when he was already bottom 10 and didn't really have many match ups in his favor, like really?

personally if the OP's list is accurate, then these are good changes for flash. The buff to lightning charge wasn't really any sort of solution, but it does help his game. i'll post back some feedback after enough testing

Aalso anyone able to still hit trait LKx4 b22 LK b22 f3 ender ? It keeps dropping on f 3 now.
I can still do it in practice, it just doesn't seem to be as easy as it used to be. I would guess that the hitbox on b22(f3) has been made lower so people can't crouch it anymore, at the expense of it not hitting in the air as well.
 
Yeah also corner b22 f3 LK sometimes does a funky restand instead of juggle state with 11. It doesn't restand combo just random reset.

I wonder if Flash even has somebody at NRS who tests him before they release patches. It's not like you're trying to do something super weird or that it's a really obscure set up...It's a basic corner combo
 
The buff to lightning charge I think works mostly in his favour for the mixup of RMS. Now with meter you can RMS safely where they have to either block low, or if they block high you get in for a meter with frame advantage. I also wanted to take this time to mention how much so many of you Flash players in this forum (despite how helpful you are,) b1tch so fucking much. It's ridiculous.

You're wrong lol. The true BnB is :

trait LKx4 b2 LK b22 f3 charge (58/61%*)
trait LKx3 b22 LK b22 f3 charge (54/58%*).
trait LKx4, b22, b3 MB, transition (61/64%*)

*LK/GP starters.



Everything is duckable with Flash, so here comes the sonic pound or f2, LK. The only thing that keep this char bad against some characters is his lake of anti zoning. He would need better jump or better dodge speed.
 
Thanks Saja, I guess I just hit that combo in my head so many times. As far as anti zoning, flash walk speed is a natural counter in conjunction with speed dodge rms cancel.
