"EZ" FATALITIES SHOULD BE REMOVED... FOR SAKE OF THE CHILDREN

I remember my first fatality (it was Spine Rip) i was ten years old. I am not a pyscho or serial killer. I have some pyschologic diseases but they have no connection with the gaming industry. In fact those games that i love mostly relaxing me. I hate people in general. Being a mortal creature is suck. This is my problem. Anyway if the children wants to kill themselves or somebody, because of a fucking stupid game let them do it. Life gives no chance for dumbass creatures.. We are all going to die, in this way or not, doesn't matter. I hate all those parent concerns about the things like; nuts, Black Metal, Slipknot, games, bad weather etc.. Learn the life, the earth, the fucking universe. This universe will never be a good place to live, we are talking about the murderer of billions of creatures like dinasours, mammoths, megaladons etc. etc. Also the universe itself will die, the sun will die.. Being a weakhearted chick means cheating yourself.. Okay keep away from games, heavy metal, rap, drugs. This decision will not change the world. We are not living in heaven. Most likely we are living in hell.

That is deep... I do agree on your hate for people in general, I think we are becoming a plague to ourselves.

Agree 100%. I have a 2 year old. Was happy to see a switch version simply so I could play without her seeing the screen. A 'pg-13 mode' feature would be welcome. It would also allow the game to be shown on more mainstream venues.

That was pretty cancer, but as I remember we had the choice to do them the regular way or not so really I don't see the point of removing them for casual players.

I remember when street fighter 2 originally came out for Snes all the kids in my school at the time wanted a copy. Anyways, after the Christmas holidays I asked one of my friends if he got SF for Christmas. He said his mom took him to Wal mart and let him pick out any game. When she saw Blanka and Ryu on the cover she declared that Blanka was a demon and the game was demonic. So instead he got Bubsy. Worst Christmas ever.

Don't want to be 'that guy' but a 2 year old shouldn't be watching mortal kombat gameplay even with blood turned off. Sacrifices need to be made as parents, that's part of the deal.

Conversely, and incongruously, the arguably less violent (albeit, largely due to lesser cinematic effects) Brutalities do take some gaming knowledge, and even nous, to perform -- better ensuring that under-parented 10-years do not get 'Clockwork Oranged' by default.

tl;dr -- "EZ Fatalities" are like selling narcotics packaged in Skittles packets, to kids, and they also make a mockery of the entire Fatality mechanic, tradition and, thus, enjoyment thereof.

Well. I actually think fatalities are a great educational opportunity and anatomy lesson. They should show them in schools.

Children shouldn't be playing this game period. It's not on NRS to babysit someone's kid. The parents need to pay attention to what their kids are buying/playing.

Also, who the hell even uses EZ Fatalities anyway?

I’d rather the mtx be focused on the lazy. If they can make the few extra mandatory WB mtx dollars by suckering the lazy then that’s less time they are trying to get in my wallet.

I will spend money on cool characters and stuff. If you HAVE to siphon with mtx then go after the kind of people who would spend money on EZ fatalities. Those idiots help us all out.

Yeah, I know. Parenting is a sensitive subject for most people, and while I do strongly feel there are things that objectively are right and wrong I'm in no position to tell anyone how to raise their kids. Stay frosty

soooo my kids are nicer & more respectful then any of the lil shitheads they are in school with, besides basically porn I don't censor games from them, in turn they dont really care or seek the stuff out.

besides that censoring or not being able to watch fatalities & being fine with x-rays, crushing blows, & such seems very selective..

Forums and the fandom in general (games, famous people, etc) NEVER ceases to amaze me in how people can act entitled or feeling they have a right in something that's not theirs...

Whenever I think I've seen enough, a new thread pops off... and I'm not even talking about this forum only.

On the matter: Y'all forgetting that most of you were kids watching gore with the old MK releases. Yes, the tech wasn't very explicit but yet you could see a lot of death.

Mortal Kombat IS a violent game, and you know that. If you think that's bad for your child, don't play around them. Don't do fatalities around them. What do you want? A version where there's no blood or rip offs? If even they did it, it'd still be brutal.

AND this is a troll thread, so fuck off

Besides while the blood and gore for MK games are pretty common to us who have been playing it since forever, not every person in the world will be seeing with the same lens, religion educations and such are things that usually gets in the way of MK for sure.

I friend's mom was giving me life lessons and bible because her son borrowed my MKX disc thinking i'm not a religious person.

I have a friend who stopped playing because the dragon in the logo, aparently there is a verse in the bible that says the dragon its representation of evil.

Just a few examples

I know outside of africa there is a lot of atheists, though i am a religious person myself i'm also an open minded invididual and i know how to discern reality to fiction i know what goes against my principles or religious ones for that matter, while sadly the religion education was snapped into a lot of african veins and many of them can't think for themselves, there as still some people who aren't brainwashed out there.

While the Bible mentions the Devil shape shift into a dragon at one point, it also mentions God doing the same. People cherry pick the parts that are convenient for their argument.
