He may have been a Stryker main at first, but he quickly switched over.

Also people need to stop massively overreacting to this. MMH is really good, but Jupiter was also playing incredibly well. But Civil War was also not a massive major, and we know from the past that he is beatable and can be outplayed. Just in the past couple months (including the past week, actually), Rico, KDZ, Zyphox, Sonicfox, Astronout, and me have all beaten him in tournament. Jupiter would not have won today if he wasn't good enough to win as a player.

a truckload of 6-4s is not game breaking. those are winnable matches. factor in stages like pit and matches become closer to 5-5

Let's not forget that Detroit Ballin won Anaheim 2012, which was probably one of the top 3 biggest tourneys in MK history and was certainly the best paying. Anyways, the "just REO" argument doesn't hold water. Our scene is small so we have less representatives overall.

if you take out reo's accomplishments for rating how dominant kabal was in mk9, kabal loses devastation win, final round win, toryuken win, ceo win, mlg ralaigh win, mlg dallas win, civil war win, and kabal loses a truck load of grand final appearances at way too many majors to list

mlg anaheim wasnt the best paying either. mlg colombus had 12k for first. and you can't forget pdp which had 10k for first

Thats sounds like a lot of downplaying to me from you. I dont see people blowing you up when you fight Jupiter. I got outplayed. I have no OS for losing lol. I died with a smile on my face. I just need to play the MU more. Its bedn awhile since Ive fought a good MMH.

One of the very first MK9 matches pre release recorded with a poverty camera was REO vs Dark Rob (Kabal vs Reptile), Kabals always been relevant, the character went balls deep when REO discovered all the frame advantages with NDCs and broke the game.

There was also Cat, Online Tony, Micheal, Eric, Detroit, Jr, PL, REO, Kevo, Curbo, etc etc.

the point is without reos wins kabal looks like another top tier character in mk9 with no huge significant difference.

and btw mileena has the most major wins if you don't factor reos. then its close with jax / kabal / kl
