Boon didn't say that it wouldn't be from an arcade version, he said it wouldn't be something around in the arcade era, which makes me think that includes finishers from console ports of the arcade games.

Brutalities konfirmed.
They where only in Genesis/Mega Drive UMK3 and N64/PS etc MK Trilogy games.
(Im only after checking the game kase for UMK3 to see if I remembered korrectly. I was right.)
