Kotal is very good and solid character.Nothing less,nothing more. Definitely top10. TM is one of the best player in the world and he has proven it. He was so close winning evo. But that doesn't mean kotal is flying under the radar. I mean if I'd play with forever king and he beats me 30-0 with goro, would goro fly under the radar? No. It's the gap with me and FK as players. Every character with i9 or faster reversal is nightmare to kotal. Armor OS rly fucks kotals game. B122 is -9 by itself and has gap cancelled in to anything except overhead sword. And that is also punishable. I play with
@Jupe and kano is nightmare coz of the OS. And kano builds meter so freaking fast its not a problem for him
