but those guys in seattle shouldnt get too excited it wont happen that often. i seen this in buffalo, before a game against cincy he had a great 54 yard td where be broke a bunch of tackles.. get him inside the 5 yard line seattle better just hand the ball to him though he'll do what ever it takes to get in the end zone. fucking offensive coordinators in buffalo couldnt figure that one out.... :(

lol Obviously you guys never had a NY Subway sandwich lol :p

Hey Juggernaut, thank you! lol These guys don't know what they're missing...plus, why should I go to manhattan and get ripped for something I can make myself? lol, 495=Footlong at subway=unmatched. :)

dude, Subway in NY is no different than Subway in Bumfuck USA. Like I told Juggs, look in the phone book. Ask around. They fill up TV shows with all kinds of random restaurants on Food Network and other channels. Ugh you have no idea how good you got it

I have to come out and say this. Even though MK Pool of players is small compared to other fighters out there, I'm happy that everyone out there is on the same page. I played ST/HDR competively (got top 32 at EVO 2009, should've done better though) and that community is getting torn apart to the point that both games (ST and HDR) will kill each other off. It's amazing how night and day the MK crowd is compared to the ST/HDR crowd. It's refreshing to be part of a community where we all have the same goal.

I've been around since the MK: Deception days (never really got into competitive gaming till about 2002) but since then I've been competitive in Games such As Tekken4-6, Soul Calibur 2-4 (won 1st Florida tourney in SC4), ST/HDR (considered one of the better players in the southeast region), and now I'm moving my attention to MK and MVC3 when it comes out. I decided to undertake the MK side of things for CEO 2011 because I wanted to be part of a community that is growing and will continue to grow. In saying that I have all the confidence in the world that NRS will get it right this time around and give us a great game. If not, then at least we have UMK3 and MK2. Anyway I just wanted to say that I'm very proud to be a part of this MK revival.

Ok enough of the mushy stuff. Back to food.......


If any of you come to Tampa you guys need to check out The Green Room inside of Hard Rock Casino. The menu isn't all that big But the Prices are reasonable and the amount of food they give you is ridiculously large!

Lol, yeah the MK kommunity seems a bit closer and more tolerant of their own titles, I guess it's because of all the hate that's been coming over the decade.

Also, It's snowing in GA and it looks like no one was prepared... Why can't we have a dedicated snow team like NYC?

lol Dude, trust me when I say this...New York City food and at times is overrated...outside of the Yankees, Pizza(if you really want to talk great food) screw the restaurants, I've been to some...food is not bad but FAR too pricey...believe me lol.

Subway also you should know is not only great value and great food but it's healthier then most and also has a great food inspection rating in general(especially the ones where I live lol) that's important, those "fancy restaurants" you refer to, have bad or average food inspection reviews most of the time. I get it every year daily lol.

Food Network channels are good if you want to compete in food contests, can cook etc. Then NYC is probably the best choice, or for school in a lot of cases but to go out to eat....you can do that just about anywhere unless you live in the woods some where lol.

But since you love NYC a lot, you see why it's great for events and why we should be host spot some future MK tourneys...;)

I'm always saying for gaming events too, they have had comic con here, car shows, dog shows etc can you IMAGINE E3 or PAX in NYC, Jacob Java center? Pure win!

so me and a friend had a convo as to why most cosplay anime heads don't like MK. I've come to the conclusion that it's because the female characters don't look 12 years old. Thoughts?

The producer of the third Mortal Kombat movie leave a little interview at "The National Enquirer" saying he was impressed seen the fight scene Britney vs Britney in her last video "Hold it Against Me" and he would like to work with her in the new Mortal Kombat movie maybe giving her the role of Sonya Blade:

"I saw the work of Britney and I immediately knew it was perfect for her to play the role of the U.S. female lieutenant. She can offer. She is what we need. I am excited to work with her, because she left some of its own ground rules and she wants to put some money on her character. I hope this works out!"

That better be a joke ^ why do these guys consider average musicians at best with serious roles, first Eminem with Riddler....now Spears as Sonya? God....

Yeah, let's have Shaq as Jax because he's a big, muscular black dude and a well known basketball player...really? Britney Spears can't fight...she'd have to be trained to the T, and there's far better choices out there that are actual actresses.....
