Does Test Your Luck Modifiers deconfirm characters?

Smoke, kabal and stryker are apparently in Episode 1 and have new costumes(well smoke does, not sure about the other 2) and we've seen Rain in a new costume in story mode trailer.


....Maybe there really is another row on the character select screen:joker:
 
Either Charmander or Charizard is my favorite Char. Not much of a Charmeleon fan. Not sure what this has to do about MKX but I will say to leave those suckers out of the rain or you're in trouble.

Acid Rain - Acid Rain falls from the sky.
Air Strike - Missles fall onto the fightline.
All Mixed Up - Special Attacks have different inputs.
Armored - Kombatant has Full Armor.
Bad Ducking - Lose health when ducking.
Bad High Ground - Kombatants on the High Ground lose health.
Bad Jumping - Lose health when jumping.
Bad Special - Lose health when performing Special Attacks.
Bag of Tricks - Random buffs and debuffs are thrown onto the fightline.
Bleeding - Constantly losing health.
Blocking Disabled - No Blocking.
Breakers Disabled - No Kombo Breakers.
Brutality Kombat - No Brutality requirements.

My denial is the strength youd see watching a mormon walk through an evolution museum- and this whole smoke assist stuff is the first thing to make me legit doubt his presence. 1 more vertical row would allow for all 3 though, and that would be beautiful.

Alot of special for people in the game are in there too... But not named in memorandum...
 
They very well could have released this particular list of modifiers to create this exact discussion. Only show modifiers of characters not mentioned or confirmed to be in the game. Not show any from characters that are in the game. Make us think it must mean none are in. Then suprise us. They did say on stream there will be suprises held until release day didn't they?

It could be possible characters already confirmed in the game have modifiers in this mode, but they strategically left them out.

Just imagine if they even had one from a confirmed character like a sub zero ice ball or reptile acid ball. Everyone would be flipping out saying confirmed.

I have a feeling this release was by design and all of these characters are going to be in.

Doesn't mean anything. There are also freezing and hefire, pretty sure Sub and Scorp are in. And even in MK9 the Cyrax Bombs and Sektor missiles were in.

Though, yea, they're probably not in. But not because of these
