Name a tool a character ALREADY has and explain why they need or DONT need it.

Does he really need it? I mean he already has 50/50s, so does he need hard to blockables on top of that? And he has MB runes that are plus on block. He can keep the bat to cover his negative frames and gaps. But does it really need to be low?
