I'd love to see Amazo get in. I feel like it would be a lot of fun having a character mixing and matching others' abilities.
Realistically, I'd like Darkseid, Powergirl (with a Supergirl skin option), Martian Manhunter, General Zod, Swamp Thing and Brainiac.
