Tbh tho they won't be stopped no matter how good netcode is. Inferno Scorpions are experts in making connections terrible. The Inferno handbook involves stealing McDonald's wifi from your van half a block away, watching Netflix, and downloading porn simultaneously while throwing out jump kick teles and b3 low minions. Or the infamous d1 infinite online.

Its so true, especially the jumping thing. I played this Lao the other day that literally just jumped around like a madman, and his record (somehow) was like 2000 - 65. I bodied him free by just anti-airing his jump-ins, that is literally how I got all of my damage and combos. I assume that he was probably 2000 - 0 on the old net code and he is 0 - 65 since they upgraded to GGPO lol
