That's about right.
I agree with Jago. If you really do have new tech, you shouldn't announce you have anything at all. It should just be shown at a tournament. Now people will be trying to find it to prepare against it.
This is why I feel that it is good hype. 1) It gets people interested in coming to, or watching on stream, NEC. 2) People are now gonna hit the lab hard (which they should be doing anyway ) to try to figure out what it is and counter it. So it's all good all aroundIf there really is a new secret tech that you have, then it might not be a good idea to talk about it in the first place, lol. Now people are gonna be hitting the lab with Shang to see if they can find anything, and they will be on the lookout and try to prepare against what you may have.
1. cry me a river about that, happens all the time to me.I agree with Jago. If you really do have new tech, you shouldn't announce you have anything at all. It should just be shown at a tournament. Now people will be trying to find it to prepare against it.
The game just wont develop if you hide things from people. People find new tech, but if their opponent doesn't know how to beat it it will just keep the game played at a lower level because people wont be going into much depth.I agree with Jago. naaaaaaaaaaaaaah just cry for nerfsThe game just wont develop if you hide things from people. People find new tech, but if their opponent doesn't know how to beat it it will just keep the game played at a lower level because people wont be going into much depth.
Best way to improve IMO is to get a sparring partner, tell them all ur patterns and weaknesses in your gameplan so they can exploit it in you. That makes you change your style and eventually you'll just become harder to read and therefore harder to beat.
So instead of people trying to hit the lab to find out what it is, it would be better if everybody knew so that they could hit the lab to find out how to beat it. Evolution.
Well i think the point about announcing new tech is that the person with the new tech wants attention. No other reason. And 99% of the tech usually isn't new.I agree with Jago. You kinda started that fad, man. Just sayin'.2. first we had the request a buffs and nerfs threads in every forum.
