You have to cancel the evade with trait. That is the only way to punish B13. You are guaranteed the punish because evading his 3 guarantees you one scratch in the trait. Whether it is a small punish or a big punish is up to how many scratches you have.

Yeah but instilling the fear of following up any b1 can go a long way. And I believe a full trait does like 25% which is nothing to slouch on.
