Yeah f23 is 0 on block and he has a 6f d1 with push back so he pretty much neutralizes her up close since her fastest move is 7f

Yeah I usually get the hate when posting tech. Even tho you try to help, for some reason ppl don't wanna see it unless ur a pro. It's weird. So I stopped and just reached out to people that actually wanted it. But I got a lot of hate in the beginning, believe me
