Are you telling me that you can't even do ice parry after you block 11f1? Am I reading the OP wrong? Is your list for on hit or block?

Ice parry has like a 1f start up. 11F1 is +3 and F3 is 9f. Ice parry can parry out of pretty much any frame trap.

Is this really that new? 11f1 always granted advantage , sure now we know it's +3 and guarantees a f3 but all of this time 90% of the Cage players didn't realize this?

Upshadow never beats f3 after 11f1 since it's 16 frames.

On block, you can ice parry anyway, same as how you can parry after ExFB traps
