there is 20 frame delay on block (instead of the 5regular) before she is freed up on a block tp-ex. so she can still teleport away again and be safe but then you can punish here for that also if you are ready for that but she can know you're ready for that and not do it and then do the jp into block string but you can know that she knows that you were gonna wait and be ready to armor thru the jp or something like that

So...when the next patch hits, is Tanya going to be able to use EX Teleport forward from a block string to keep advantage or not?

Can't you just remove the MB teleport guaranteed-ness from 34? But keep it from F2?
