you mean if she has Batman's/Superman's Back 23/Forward 23? LOL, if her strings are as great as those two, then every other character might as well pack it up and call it a day, because how are you going to screw around with a rushdown character with tools that (seem to) work in her favor in the neutral game with those strings for up-close pressure. She'd probably be banned for more reason than one (since she's a DLC character and we don't know if she'll break the game somehow or whatthefuckever).
Also, after watching this trailer again, I've reached the following conclusion (prepare yourselves, as I think this may make or break the character)
