I think you're right on this, it looks like that at around 0:45 in the trailer when he is fighting joker.It looks like Atom is completely open for a combo after he returns to normal size. Kinda like how Jason’s super armor was balanced in mkx.

What is the start up on the stomp? And what is the start up on the gun?1000% his normal stomp will be nerfed..
I think they didn't mean to make it plus 8 on block.

Setups and pressure using BF2 MB:
B3, JI3, F21, F212~BF2 MB, 11~Science
- Leaves the opponent standing in front of you with an experiment under them and is only slightly minus, 11 by its self is +23.
B3, JI3, F21, F212~BF2 MB, 112~DB2
- Low ground pound at the end of 112 on hit leaves a gap only wide enough for a backdash or maybe a well timed Super. Ground pound is currently +7 on block and you can MB for unblockable so this should be an interesting pressure tool.
- It also seems like you can get some cross up JI3 shenanigans after a BF2 MB, you can also combo with it.
