Do we know what skins are for Season 9 that goes live tomorrow?

Was wondering that myself. I have no idea, going to guess though either the purple ones or the glowing blue eyed ones. I read one rumor the green ones are next season 10 and the Osh-Tekk and purple ones are Season 11, 12. Just what I read from youtube comments of people who supposedly know inside NRS info, but said they could not confirm it so take with a grain of salt.

Well, Skarlet, Scorpion and Liu Kang did not get a KL skin since the first 3 seasons, so maybe the blue/dark skins ?
